How to Pin a Message
- Open any chatter (Sales Order, Invoice, etc.)
- Hover over a message - action menu appears
- Click the Pin icon
- Badge count updates instantly in the topbar
- Click badge to expand the pins panel

- Hover over a message - action menu appears

Can I pin messages on all Odoo models?
Yes! The module works on any model that uses the Odoo chatter (mail.thread) - Sale Orders, Invoices, Helpdesk Tickets, Contacts, Tasks, and more.
Are my bookmarks visible to other users?
No! Bookmarks are completely private. Only you can see the messages you bookmark. Even admins cannot see your bookmarks.
What happens when a message is deleted?
Any pins or bookmarks associated with it are automatically removed. The module respects Odoo's data integrity via cascade deletes.
Is there any configuration needed?
Zero configuration! Install the module and it works instantly. No settings, no setup, no menu items to configure.
Does it affect performance?
Minimal impact! Pins and bookmarks are fetched lazily (only when panels are opened), and the module uses indexed database queries.
