Enable Customer-Wise Discount from Sales Settings.
The “Discount Rules” page is now available in the Customer form.
Configure the Discount Rule by selecting Apply On, Discount Type, Minimum Quantity, and Validity Date.
In the Sales Order, select the product and quantity, then click the “Preview Customer Discount” button.
Review the order lines with the applied discount and updated price, then click the “Apply” button.
Discount and price are successfully updated in the Sales Order lines.
Create a Discount Rule for the “Customizable Desk” product template to apply it to all its variants.
The discount rule is applied to the second line where criteria are met, while the first line remains unchanged.
Create a Discount Rule for the “All / Saleable / Software” product category.
Select a product from the “All / Saleable / Software” category in the Sales Order.
The discount is automatically applied to the selected product.
Create a Discount Rule applicable to “All Products.”
In the Discount Preview, the first line applies the Product-specific rule, while the second line applies the All Products rule.
Select the “Automatic Apply” option to apply customer discounts automatically.
Simply select a product to see the discount applied automatically; the “Preview Customer Discount” button is hidden.
If “Enable Customer-Wise Discount” is disabled, automatic and manual discounts stop working, and the Discount Rules tab is hidden from the Customer form.
