Assign 'Create New Field / Tab' group to user.
Open form view and click on Gear icon and then click on 'Add New Field / Tab' Button.

Users can define the position of a field and choose to display it inside a specific page, or place it before or after other fields..
Users can define conditions for the readonly, required, and invisible attributes of fields.
The field ‘Test 1’ is displayed after the ‘Delivery Address’ field.
The readonly condition has been applied, so this field is set to readonly mode.
We can see 'Test 1' field is Required.
Users can display fields inside a Page/Tab, and when selecting the ‘Inside Tab’ option, they can choose the specific page.
For ‘Many2one’ and ‘Many2many’ fields, users can define domains and configure options such as No Open, No Create, and No Create & Edit.
Users can assign groups to control field access.

All relevant details related to the ‘Users’ field are shown.
In the ‘Access Rights’ page, the assigned groups are displayed.
Users can create Pages/Tabs and define invisibility conditions using the ‘Invisible Condition’ field.
We can see Page 'Page 1' after the Customer Signature Page.
The invisible condition defined at the time of page creation has been applied.
Users can create Selection fields, add options using the ‘Selection Options’ field, and choose the appropriate widget.
We can see 'State' field displayed after the 'Quotation template' field.
Select the ‘Related’ field type to create a related field. In the ‘Advanced Properties’ section, the ‘Related Field’ option is available, where users can specify the related field.
After the 'Payment Terms' field we can see 'Country' field.
Users can create Compute field so for compute field check the 'Is Compute' Boolean then user can add Dependencies and compute code.
Inside the 'Other info' page we can see 'Partner Email' field.
