Configure your Felplex API credentials by selecting the environment, and setting the API token and Entity ID.
Ensure the Partner has the correct address, tax type, and tax details configured, as these are required for Felplex processing.
The ‘Create DTE’ button allows you to process the electronic invoice and is displayed on the invoice form when the invoice is in the Posted state.
After successful DTE processing, the DTE Info tab provides complete details, including UUID, status, PDF and XML files, with options to download them, along with other useful information from the Government/FELplex.
Once the DTE is processed, the ‘Cancel DTE’ button becomes available, allowing you to cancel the DTE if needed.
On clicking the ‘Cancel DTE’ button, a reason popup will appear. Entering a cancellation reason is mandatory to proceed with the DTE cancellation process.
Once you submit the cancellation reason, the DTE will be canceled in Felplex, and the invoice will be updated with the 'Cancel' status.
If an error occurs during DTE processing, it will be displayed in the DTE Info tab under the Error section, along with the error message and error code. The status will also be updated, allowing you to easily track the issue, fix it, and reprocess the DTE.
Different types of errors and error codes are displayed, allowing you to easily identify the issue, correct it, and reprocess the DTE.
Credit notes can also be processed by providing the required memo and parent invoice ID. The overall process remains the same as for invoices.
To process a credit note, the parent invoice must have a valid UUID, must not be cancelled, and must match the credit note. If any of these conditions are not met, an error will be shown
The credit note has been processed successfully, as the parent invoice contains a valid UUID.
