Prerequisites
- ✅ Ensure that Veem has granted IP permissions for your server.
- ✅The IP must be whitelisted to allow API calls.
- ✅ For OAuth Token configuration and API access setup, refer to: https://developer.veem.com/docs/oauth.
- ✅ If the initial payment attempt fails or returns an error from Veem, always retry with a new requestId to conflict error..
- ✅ The Sync Veem Status cron uses only the admin user's token for authentication.
Feature Screenshot
Set up the base URL in your company settings.
Set your authentication token in the User Settings.
Two user roles are available for the Veem flow: Sender and Approver.
Funding methods can be accessed through the Account Configuration menu.
Adding additional vendor information is mandatory in this process.
On the Vendor Bill form, a “Send To Veem” button is available. All mandatory fields must be completed before the payment can be sent to Veem.
The response and status received from Veem will be displayed directly on the Vendor Bill form.
The “Approve Payment” button will be visible only to users with Approver access.
Use the Sync Veem Status button to manually refresh the payment status from Veem. The system also runs a daily cron job to update the status automatically.
Once the payment has been sent to Veem, this vendor bill cannot be reset to draft.
