The user has been granted group permissions to "Approve On-Hold Sales Orders" and is authorized to confirm sales orders currently in the 'On Hold' status.

If the 'Set Customer Credit Limit' option is enabled, users will be prompted to input a 'Customer Credit Limit,' specifying the maximum amount permitted for order creation. Should this limit be surpassed, the customer can still create an order up to the set maximum. Additionally, enabling 'Set Customer On Hold' will trigger notifications whenever the selected customer is accessed.

When a customer is designated as 'On Hold,' any subsequent creation of a new Quotation/Order with that customer selected will trigger a notification to the user.

After selecting a customer in the 'On Hold' state and creating a new quotation, users can click 'Confirm Sale' to open a pop-up window displaying customer details. Here, users can toggle the customer's 'On Hold' status. Clicking 'Confirm' finalizes the sale order even if the customer's credit limit is exceeded. Users can also opt to place the sale order on hold by clicking the 'On Hold' button.

When a sales order is marked as 'On Hold', an email alert is triggered based on the configured settings. If 'To All Approval' is chosen, every user within the 'Approval On Hold Sale Orders' group receives an individual notification. Alternatively, if 'By Team (Sales Channels)' is selected, and a sales channel is specified on the order, all team members associated with that channel and possessing the 'Approval On Hold Sale Orders' group membership will receive notifications for that particular sales order.

Sales quotations that are currently in the 'On Hold' status are conveniently accessible through the newly added menu option titled 'Sales Order On Hold'.


Within the Quotation/Order interface, a universally visible 'Confirm' button is present, accessible to all users belonging to the 'Approval On Hold Sale Orders' group.

Clicking on the 'Confirm' button initiates the confirmation process for the sale quotation, marking it as confirmed.

Within the Quotation/Order wizard, a 'Confirm' button is prominently displayed, granting access to users with group rights assigned under 'Approval On Hold Sale Orders'.

In Sales Configurations, email settings are configured to notify whenever a sales order transitions to the 'On Hold' state. If 'To All Approval' is chosen, all designated approval personnel will receive notifications.
