📝 Workflow
- Go to Settings → Website → Website Sales Order Item And Quantity Counter.
- Enable “Display item Quantity on Sale Order PDF” to show the total item and their total quantity count on the Sale Order PDF.
- Click Print to generate the Sale Order PDF.
- The Sale Order PDF displays the total item and their total quantity count.
- Enable “Display item Quantity on My Sales Order Page” to show the total item and their total quantity count on the customer portal.
- Go to My Account → Your Orders, open any Sale Order, and view the total item and total quantity count on the My Sales Order page.
