    5 powerful smart buttons directly on the employee card for instant access:
    • All Related Documents – shows every document linked to the employee (company, responsible, sender, recipient, follower)
    • My Responsible – lists documents where the employee is responsible (with count)
    • Received by Me – shows documents where the employee is recipient (with count)
    • Regulations – filtered documents of type "Regulation" (with count)
    • Directives / Orders – filtered documents of type "Directive" (with count)
    Real-time counts are computed and displayed – perfect for managers and staff to see workload at a glance.
  2. Quick Filters Submenu
    Dedicated submenu under Correspondence with 5 ready-to-use quick filters:
    • My Responsible Documents – instantly filters documents where you are responsible
    • Received by Me – shows only documents addressed to you
    • Overdue Documents – highlights documents past due date (not done/cancelled)
    • Regulations – shows all documents classified as "Regulation"
    • Directives / Orders – shows all documents classified as "Directive/Order"
    Each menu item automatically applies the correct search filter (using search_default context) – no manual filtering needed.

    A clean, at-a-glance dashboard showing the current status of all correspondence documents:
    • Real-time overview of document states (Draft, To Approve, Approved, Sent, Received, Done, Cancel) in a pie chart

    • Filtered views for "My Responsible" documents by default
    • Easy switching between graph and list views for deeper analysis
