DocuSign Integration for Odoo 19 â Fully Dynamic Digital Signatures

✅ Auto-Download Signed PDF
Once all signers complete, the signed PDF is automatically downloaded and posted to the Odoo record's chatter â no manual steps required.

Log in to the DocuSign Developer portal, go to Apps and Keys, and copy your API Account ID, Account Base URI, and Integration Key. These values are required to connect Odoo to DocuSign via OAuth2.

In Odoo, go to DocuSign â Configuration â Accounts, create a new account, paste the Integration Key and Secret Key, then click Connect & Authorize. Once authorized, Odoo shows "Connected! Odoo is authorized to communicate with DocuSign."

Open any Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, or Contact. Click "Send via DocuSign" â the PDF is auto-generated, recipients are pre-filled from the partner, and the signature record is created instantly. The DocuSign smart button in the top-right shows the total envelope count.

The Signature Document (e.g. DOC-0003) tracks every recipient's Send Status (Sent / Delivered / Completed) and Sign Status (Unsigned / Signed) per row. The Envelope ID, attached unsigned PDF, and signed PDF are all stored here. Click Update Document Status to sync or Download Signed Documents to pull the completed file.

Once all signers complete, the fully signed PDF is automatically downloaded and attached to the chatter of both the Signature record and the original Odoo record. The signed document includes the DocuSign digital signature certificate at the bottom of the page.
