Description
1. Click “Schedule Visit” from the opportunity to initiate a field visit linked to the sales pipeline.
2. Define visit details, assign team, and confirm scheduling.
3. The system prepares a visit confirmation email with all visit details click “Send” to notify the client.
4. Begin visit with GPS check-in and track activities in real time.
5. Click “Check Out” to record visit completion, calculate duration, and trigger automatic attendance creation.
6. Employee attendance is created with check-in/out times and duration visible under the Attendance tab.
7. View actual check-in/out timestamps and GPS coordinates for location verification and audit
8. Log visit result, interest level, expected value, and follow-up actions under the Outcome tab.
9. Upload unlimited files, photos, signed forms, documents, and visiting cards under the Attachments tab.
10. View internal notes and client feedback under the Remarks tab for future reference and quality tracking.
11. Go to “Reporting > Visit Analysis” to view performance metrics and visit summaries.
12. Analyze visit completion trends using bar charts for quick visual insights.
13. Review visit data by expected value, interest level, and actual duration in pivot format.
14. Track visit history with reference, client, team leader, visit type, and status in tabular format.
15. Enable “CRM Visit Manager” or “CRM Visit User” roles in user settings to control access and permissions.
