❓ Support & FAQ

Q: How do I find the webhook URL?
A: Go to Settings → CRM, scroll to the Google Ads Lead Forms section, and copy the URL shown. It will look like: https://yourdomain.com/google-ads/webhook/abc123...

Q: Can I map custom questions from Google Ads?
A: Yes! Go to CRM → Configuration → Google Ads — Field Mapping, click New, and enter the exact column_id from Google Ads (e.g., CUSTOM_QUESTION_123).

Q: What happens if I regenerate the token?
A: The old URL stops working immediately. You must update the webhook URL in your Google Ads settings with the new one.
