Automatic Lead Assignment (Round-Robin)-Cron Job
Unassigned leads automatically assigned to salespersons every 10 minutes.
The round-robin method is a way of distributing tasks or assignments equally and in order among a
group of people.
In simple terms:
I) If you have 3 salespersons — Alice, Bob, and Charlie — and 6 new leads:
II) Lead 1 goes to Alice
III) Lead 2 goes to Bob
IV) Lead 3 goes to Charlie
V) Lead 4 goes to Alice (again)
VI) Lead 5 goes to Bob
VII) Lead 6 goes to Charlie
It rotates through the list in sequence, ensuring fair and balanced assignment.
