Overview
CRM Social Lead Hub is the foundational hub module that provides the shared infrastructure for all social media lead integration modules. It creates the centralized Social Lead Hub, configuration menus, and security groups that Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platform-specific connector modules depend on.
Think of this as the backbone â install it once, and then plug in whichever social platform connectors your business needs. All connectors share the same dashboard, the same role-based access, and the same configuration entry point.
What This Module Provides
ð Social Lead Hub Menu
Adds a top-level "Social Lead Hub" menu under Administration. All social media connector modules register their dashboards and configuration pages here, giving you a single entry point for managing all social integrations.
âï¸ Configuration Menu
Provides a shared "Configuration" sub-menu where connector modules (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) register their page management views. One place to configure all your social accounts.
ð Security Groups
Defines two security groups for role-based access control:
- Social Lead User â basic access for team members who view social data
- Social Lead Manager â full access to configure accounts, manage credentials, and control integrations (auto-assigned to Admin)
ð Plug-and-Play Architecture
Install this hub once, then add any number of platform-specific connectors. Each connector automatically registers itself under the shared dashboard. No conflicts, no duplicate menus â just clean, modular integration.

How It Works
Install This Hub Module
Install CRM Social Lead Hub. It creates the Social Lead Hub menu, Configuration menu, and security groups automatically.
Install Platform Connectors
Install one or more connector modules (e.g., CRM Facebook Lead Integration, CRM Instagram Lead Integration). They will automatically register under the shared Social Lead Hub.
Manage Everything from One Place
Use the Social Lead Hub to access all connected platforms, configure pages, and monitor lead integrations â all from one unified interface.
