POS Customer Order Count
See how often each customer has bought at the register
Cashiers instantly see how many Point of Sale orders a customer has placed — right next to their name in the customer list and on the customer button. Recognise loyal buyers, greet returning guests with context, and keep service personal without opening the backend.
Key Features
Customer List
The partner selection screen shows each returning customer as Customer Name (3). Customers with no POS orders keep the plain name.
Product Screen Button
The selected customer button on the POS product screen includes the same order count, so cashiers always know who they are serving.
Zero Configuration
Install the module and open a POS session. Counts load automatically from Odoo’s built-in partner POS order statistics — no settings or cron jobs.
How It Works
Install once, counts appear everywhere customers are shown in POS
Open the customer list
From an open POS session, tap Customer to browse or search partners. Returning customers display their historical POS order count in parentheses next to their name.
Count on the product screen
After selecting a customer, the customer button on the product screen shows the same Name (count) format. New customers with no orders show only their name.
Configuration
No setup — install and use
- Install POS Customer Order Count from Apps.
- Open or refresh your POS session.
- Browse customers — counts appear automatically for anyone with POS orders.
