Install module/application.

Once you install the module, go to Users and select any user. In the user form, open the "Calendar" tab.
Here you will find the "Allow Creating Meetings" checkbox which allows the customer/user to create meetings.
You will also see the "Calendar Access Till Month" selection where you can define the number of months the user can access the calendar.

In the Calendar View, there is a right-side section where you can see the meeting status.
The meetings are categorized as "Completed", "Ongoing", and "Upcoming".
Below this section, you will also find "Quick Stats" to quickly view meeting-related statistics.

Once you select any date in the Calendar View, you will be able to see the meetings scheduled for that day.
From this section, you can check the meeting details and if the meeting is "Ongoing", you will also have the option to join the meeting directly.

You can also view meetings in different calendar modes.
Meetings can be checked in both "Week" mode and "Day" mode, allowing you to easily manage and track your scheduled meetings based on your preferred calendar view.

If you want to create a new meeting, simply select a date and click on "Create New Meeting".
A popup window will appear where you can fill in the meeting details. The selected date will be automatically filled based on the date you chose in the calendar.
Additionally, any email address added for attendees will be automatically added, and if the email does not exist in the system, a new customer/contact will be created automatically.
Once the meeting is created, a meeting link will be automatically generated for easy access and joining.
