Copy User Access Rights
This module allows you to copy access rights from a selected user to the currently active user, and also enables copying access rights from one user to multiple users at once. Note: It is not allowed to transfer the access rights of the portal/public user.

Easily Transfer Permissions Between Users
Allowed to duplicate the permissions of any user to the current user, excluding the default
system administrator.
Allowed to duplicate the permissions of any user to multiple selected users, except the
default system administrator.
This functionality is limited to Internal Users and is not available for Public/Portal
users.

Copy Access to a User
Click on the Copy User Access button.
Select a user to copy their access and click on Copy Access button
If you tried to overwrite the default administrator access, you will get the
following error message:

In the list view, choose the users whose access you want to modify, then select
Copy User Access from the Actions menu.
Select a user to copy their access and click on Copy Access button
