Employee Level Discount Restrictions

  • This module allows administrators to define a maximum discount percentage for each employee. When a cashier applies a discount greater than their allowed limit, the POS will automatically restrict the action and request manager approval.

Manager Authorization for Higher Discounts

  • Managers can approve discounts that exceed the cashier’s limit by entering their secure POS PIN. This ensures that special discounts can still be applied when necessary while maintaining control over discount policies.
