Sales VAT, Purchase VAT, Export, and Printable PDF Report

Review sales and purchase VAT from posted accounting tax lines. The module provides read-only VAT report lists, monthly filters, export fields, and a printable PDF report for accounting review.

Key Features

• View Sales VAT and Purchase VAT in separate accounting report menus
• Filter VAT report lines by current month or last month
• Search by customer/vendor, tax, and source document
• Group VAT lines by tax date, customer/vendor, tax, or company
• Review tax invoice number, tax date, partner tax ID, branch, base amount, and VAT amount
• Export common VAT report columns using the included export preset
• Print selected VAT report lines as a PDF report
• Support invoice-based and cash-basis tax lines without storing a VAT type on journal items

VAT Report Menu

Open the VAT report menu from Accounting reports and choose either Sales VAT Report or Purchase VAT Report.

VAT Report List

The report list shows tax invoice details, partner tax information, source document, base amount, VAT amount, and total amount.

Print VAT Report

Select VAT report lines and print the VAT Report PDF from the standard print action.

PDF Report Example

The printable report includes company information, partner details, tax invoice numbers, base amounts, VAT amounts, and report totals.

VAT Report Workflow

1. Post invoices, bills, refunds, or related cash-basis tax entries.
2. Open Sales VAT Report or Purchase VAT Report from the VAT report menu.
3. Use Current Month, Last Month, search, or group-by filters to review the period.
4. Export the report lines when spreadsheet review is needed.
5. Select report lines and print the VAT Report PDF.
