General Ledger Report with Transaction Totals (Excluding Initial Balance)
Key Features
Transaction Totals Row
Adds a dedicated "Transaction Total (Excl. Initial Balance)" row at the bottom of each unfolded account in your General Ledger report.
Precise Calculations
Accurately sums only the debit and credit movements during the selected period. The initial/opening balance is completely excluded from these totals to give you direct visibility into current-period activity.
Seamless Integration
Integrates natively with Odoo Enterprise's Accounting Reports framework, replacing or extending the default General Ledger handler with zero friction.
Full Compatibility
Works flawlessly with standard Odoo features including multi-company, journals filtering, and date comparisons.
Configuration & Usage
This module requires zero configuration. Simply install the module and follow these steps to see it in action:
- Navigate to Accounting â Reporting â Custom General Ledger.
- Unfold any account that contains transactions in the current period.
- Observe the highlighted "Transaction Total (Excl. Initial Balance)" row at the end of the transaction list.
