Go to CRM › Complaints (or from a customer record). Click New and fill in the customer, complaint category, description, and assign a responsible team member.
🔄 Track Resolution Workflow
Complaints move through stages — New, In Progress, Resolved, Closed. Update the stage as your team works on the issue. Each stage change is timestamped and logged in the chatter.
📧 Notify the Customer
