Configure AI Settings

Get started by going to Customer Sentiment Tracker > Configuration > AI Settings. There, you can simply enter your OpenAI API details and choose your preferred GPT model.

Real-Time Ticket Analysis

When a customer submits a ticket, the AI instantly analyzes the message, calculating a Raw Sentiment Score and assigning a Risk Level (Healthy, Attention Needed, or Critical).

Customer Health Tracking

The customer's 100-point Health Score dynamically updates on their profile based on recent ticket sentiment, ticket volume, and unresolved critical incidents.

Customer Sentiment Analytics Dashboard

Get an overview of your support performance with a fully interactive dashboard. Track customer sentiment, monitor open tickets, and click directly into at-risk accounts or active tickets to take immediate action.

Automatic Score Recovery

A bad score doesn't stay low forever. As you have new, positive conversations with the customer, those fresh interactions carry more weight than old problems. Over a 90-day period, if your recent support is successful, the score will naturally reflect that improvement and move back to "Healthy".
