Quick Setup Guide
- Install the Module
Go to Apps → Search "DBSL Birthday" → Install
- Configure Settings
Settings → General Settings → Enable birthday email/SMS for employees and contacts. Choose random or specific template policy.
- Designate Birthday Admins
Employees → Birthdays → Birthday Admins → Toggle "Birthday Admin" for managers who should receive alerts
- Add Birthday Dates
Ensure birthday dates are filled in employee and contact records
- Test Notifications
Employees → Birthdays → Send Notifications → Choose auto or manual mode and test
- Enjoy Automated Birthday Management!
Employee wishes sent at 12 AM, contact wishes at 12 AM, admin alerts at 10 AM daily. Check Notification Logs for tracking.
