Why Choose This Module
Per-employee account with a configurable target model (Soll) and balance caps (upper and lower Gleitzeit limit, e.g. +40h / -20h). Booking entries: each day/period books a Soll (target) and an Ist (actual) value; the delta feeds the running balance. Automatic running balance with carry-over: closing a period carries the balance into the opening balance of the next period. Cap enforcement: bookings that would push the balance beyond the agreed Gleitzeit limits are flagged, and overtime above the cap is split off as Überstunden for separate handling. Period close workflow (open -> closed) producing an immutable statement, plus a payout/compensation wizard to convert positive balance to time off or flag it for payroll.
