Das deutsche Arbeitszeitgesetz (ArbZG) setzt harte Grenzen für die Arbeitszeit, doch Verstöße bleiben bis zu einer Prüfung der Gewerbeaufsicht unsichtbar. Dieses Modul durchsucht die erfassten Anwesenheiten und führt ein strukturiertes, datiertes Verstоßregister, damit HR vor einer Kontrolle handeln kann.
Hauptfunktionen

Harte Grenzen des ArbZG

Warum dieses Modul
§3: tägliche Arbeitszeit über 8h (Warnung) und die absolute 10h-Obergrenze (Verstоß). §3 / Durchschnitt: der gleitende 24-Wochen-Durchschnitt über 8h je Werktag. §4: fehlende gesetzliche Ruhepausen (30 min ab über 6h, 45 min ab über 9h). §5: weniger als 11 Stunden ununterbrochene Ruhezeit zwischen zwei Arbeitstagen. §9: Arbeit an Sonntagen und deutschen Feiertagen.
