This module turns it into a managed register: Processor records linked to Odoo partners, with the service provided and data- protection contact. AVV contracts capturing every Art. 28 (3) content point (subject matter, nature and purpose, data categories, data subjects, duration), with a live coverage check that confirms all Art. 28 (3) a-h points are addressed. A configurable clause library (one block per Art. 28 (3) point) and a draft generator that renders a complete AVV (HTML + downloadable text) with {controller}/{processor} placeholders filled in. A sub-processor register per contract with third-country transfer safeguards (adequacy / SCC / BCR / derogation) and the Art. 28 (2) authorisation state. Signature and renewal lifecycle with a computed renewal date, due-soon / expiry flags and a daily reminder cron.
