Rate cards with weight brackets, DACH zone matrix (DE/AT/CH/EU/World), volumetric divisor, fuel surcharge %, peak/island/toll surcharges and insurance steps. Rate-shopping engine: feed weight, dimensions, sender + receiver country/zip; get a ranked quote list with the cheapest highlighted and full cost breakdown. One-click "pick cheapest" that writes the chosen carrier + price back onto the shopping request, with an audit log of every compared quote. Wizard to rate-shop an arbitrary parcel and a stored request model for orders.
