This module closes the loop: it parses the DATEV ASCII format (EXTF / DTVF) header line, the field header line and the "Buchungsstapel" record format and turns each Buchung back into a draft Odoo journal entry (account.move) ready for review and posting.

Features Robust EXTF/DTVF CSV parser (semicolon, quoted, German decimal comma, DD/MM, Windows-1252 / UTF-8 auto-detect, Soll/Haben sign handling via Umsatz + Soll/Haben-Kennzeichen, BU-Schlüssel / Steuerschlüssel capture).
