Meldefrist: the statutory filing deadline is computed automatically for every Abgabegrund (6 weeks standard, 15 February for Jahres-/ UV-Jahresmeldung, 15 April for a year-end Unterbrechungsmeldung, the Beschaeftigungsbeginn itself for a Sofortmeldung) with an overdue ("Frist ueberschritten") indicator. Plausibility checks: an Abmeldung requires the Meldezeitraum end and the Entgelt; a Jahresmeldung is only accepted for employment that runs to 31 December and continues into the new year; a GKV-Monatsmeldung must cover exactly one calendar month; the Beitragsgruppenschluessel must be consistent with the Personengruppe (e.g. Minijob and kurzfristig Beschaeftigte cannot carry a full four-branch contribution key). Structured dataset: the DEUEV Datenbausteine DSME (Datensatz Meldung), DBME (Meldesachverhalt), DBNA (Name), DBGB (Geburt), DBKV (Kranken-/Pflegeversicherung), DBBG (Beschaeftigung/Entgelt) and DBTA (Taetigkeit) are built and stored for every Meldung. Storno & correction: cancel (stornieren) a validated or exported Meldung, and create a linked correction draft to re-send it. Export: a structured plain-text payload mirroring the official block layout, plus a human-readable Meldung report -- both attached to the record.
