Warum dieses Modul
Freigabematrix-Regeln nach Kostenstelle (Kostenstelle / Kostenrechnungskonto) und Betragsband, jeweils mit einer geordneten Kette von Freigabeschritten. Jeder Schritt benennt eine zuständige Freigabegruppe und eine Betragsobergrenze; eine Eingangsrechnung durchläuft die Kette Schritt für Schritt (sachliche und rechnerische Freigabe, gefolgt von der Freigabe durch die Geschäftsleitung). Freigabe-Workflow pro Rechnung mit Einreichung -> Freigabe/Ablehnung auf jeder Ebene, einer Eskalations-/Überspringen-Option für Führungskräfte und einer klaren Anzeige, wer als Nächstes an der Reihe ist. Ein Prüfer-Posteingang listet die Rechnungen, die auf die Entscheidung des aktuellen Benutzers warten. Vollständiges Freigabeprotokoll (GoBD-relevanter Nachweis): wer welchen Schritt wann mit welchem Betrag und welchem Kommentar freigegeben hat. Eingangsrechnungen können erst gebucht werden, wenn der Workflow vollständig durchlaufen ist.
