Sign-off snapshots the locked move count, total debit/credit and a content hash of the period's bookings so later tampering is detectable. While a period is festgeschrieben, posted moves whose date falls inside it cannot be edited, reset to draft, or deleted, and no new posting is allowed in it. Re-open is an audited, manager-only action requiring a written reason; every sign-off / re-open is recorded in an append-only log. DATEV-export gate: a period can be flagged "ready for DATEV export" only after sign-off, and the module records the export so a period is exported once. Per-period KPIs and a re-open audit report.
