Von der Ausschreibung zum bepreisten Angebot
Deutsche Baubranchen-Ausschreibungen werden als GAEB-DA-XML-Dateien ausgetauscht (GAEB DA XML 3.x, der offene XML-Datenaustauschstandard des Gemeinsamen Ausschusses Elektronik im Bauwesen). Heute erfassen die meisten Handwerks- und Baubetriebe das gesamte Leistungsverzeichnis von Hand neu in ihrem Kalkulationswerkzeug. Dieses Modul importiert X81-Dateien (Leistungsverzeichnis ohne Preise) und X83-Dateien (Angebotsaufforderung), baut daraus ein Odoo-Projekt mit der hierarchischen Struktur (Leistungsgruppen / Titel / Positionen mit OZ-Ordnungsnummern, Mengen und Einheiten) auf, lässt Sie jede Position bepreisen (Einheitspreis → Gesamtpreis, mit Hierarchie-Aufsummierung und Gesamtsumme) und exportiert ein bepreistes GAEB-DA-XML-X84-Angebot.

Warum dieses Modul
Kernfunktionen: Parser für GAEB-DA-XML-3.x-Vergabe-Container (GAEB > Award > BoQ > BoQBody) mit Namespace-Handling und robusten Fallbacks. Hierarchie-Modell: Projekt → Kategorie (Leistungsgruppe/Titel) → Position, mit erhaltener ursprünglicher OZ (Ordnungszahl), Menge, Einheit (QU), Kurz- und Langtext (Description/CompleteText). Positionsarten: normal, Wahlposition (Alternative), Eventualposition (optional/Bedarfsposition), Zuschlagsposition (Aufschlag) – jeweils GAEB-konform behandelt. Preis-Engine: Einheitspreis (UP) x Menge = Gesamtpreis (IT), aufsummiert je Titel und zur Gesamtsumme; MwSt.-bewusste Nettosummen. X84-Writer, der einen gültigen GAEB-Award/OFFER-Container mit UP/IT je Position und den bepreisten Summen erzeugt. Import-/Export-Assistenten mit Datei-Upload und Anhang-Download per Klick.
