Assessment file per workplace/activity (Arbeitsbereich/Tätigkeit) running through the seven ArbSchG steps: scope -> hazard identification -> risk evaluation -> measures -> implementation -> effectiveness review -> documentation/update. A seeded hazard catalogue covering the recognised hazard factors (mechanical, electrical, hazardous substances, biological, fire/explosion, thermal, noise, vibration, radiation, climate, ergonomics, work organisation) PLUS the legally required psychische Belastung factors (work content, organisation, social relations, environment) per GDA guidance. A risk matrix: probability x severity -> risk priority number with a configurable acceptance threshold and the STOP measure hierarchy (Substitution > Technical > Organisational > Personal/PSA) recorded on every measure. Residual-risk recomputation after measures, owners and due dates, plus an effectiveness (Wirksamkeitskontrolle) review that closes the loop. §6 documentation: a signed assessment record with author, date, review cycle and the next-review due date, surfaced through activities and a daily scan; a wizard generates the §6 documentation text for printing.
