Key features One or more cash registers (Kassen) per company, each with its own gapless number range. Cash movements (Einnahme / Ausgabe / Einlage / Entnahme) with running Bestand. Daily close (Tagesabschluss) with Kassensturz: counted cash vs. book balance and recorded difference (Kassendifferenz). Immutability: once a cash day is closed it is locked; bookings before the last closed day can no longer be edited or deleted (GoBD Unveränderbarkeit). Gapless numbering check (Lückenlosigkeit) and negative-balance prevention (a cash book can never physically go below zero). Change-log of every create/write/unlink with user and timestamp for the auditor. CSV export of the cash book for the tax adviser / Betriebsprüfung.
