Why Choose This Module
Register software products and their publishers (Hersteller). Hold licence agreements with a number of purchased seats (Nutzerzahl), licence model (named user, concurrent, device, subscription, perpetual) and renewal date. Assign seats to employees / devices and track utilisation; the module warns when assigned seats exceed the purchased count (Ueberlizenzierung / Unterlizenzierung) - the core German audit risk. Allocate licence cost to cost centres (Kostenstellen) by percentage for internal charge-back. Renewal scheduler flags licences whose renewal/expiry date is approaching. Compliance worksheet summarises over/under-licensing across the estate.
