Features: Retention classes (Löschklassen) per DIN 66398, seeded with the German statutory periods (10-year books/invoices, 8-year vouchers, 6-year business letters, plus purpose-based and applicant classes) including the §147 (4) AO year-end start rule. Retention rules binding a model + filter domain to a class and an action at expiry: flag only, anonymise selected fields, archive, or delete — with a configurable grace period and a legal-hold switch that suspends deletion (litigation / tax audit). A deliberate, auditable execution model: every rule is candidate-listed first (dry run), runs are explicit records, and each run writes an append-only deletion protocol (Löschprotokoll) — the documented, repeatable process DIN 66398 expects. A preview wizard that shows, per rule, how many records are due today, and a daily cron (shipped disabled by default for safety) that the administrator enables.
