This module implements §850c ZPO faithfully: The base exemption (no dependants) and the per-dependant uplifts for the 1st and each further maintenance obligation, with the marginal 0.3 / 0.5 / 1.0 attachment rates above the basic exemption up to the absolute ceiling. Rounding to the next lower full 10 EUR (Abrundung) per §850c Abs. 3. Annually versioned threshold tables (valid_from), seeded with the structure so the customer keeps the figures current each July. Bonus / special-payment handling: distinguishes the unpfändbare share of holiday pay, overtime (half is exempt, §850a Nr. 1) and the Weihnachtsgeld exemption (§850a Nr. 4). A reusable calculation engine and a one-off wizard for ad-hoc checks; results explain every tier so payroll can document the figure.
