German checklist templates: seeded onboarding and offboarding templates with the real German steps - Sozialversicherung anmelden (Meldung zur SV, DEUEV), ELStAM-Abruf (Steuerklasse), Mitgliedsbescheinigung der Krankenkasse, Unfallversicherung / BG, Arbeitsvertrag, Unterweisung Arbeitsschutz (§12 ArbSchG), Datenschutz-Belehrung, equipment hand-out; offboarding - SV-Abmeldung, Arbeitszeugnis, Resturlaub, Rueckgabe Equipment/Schluessel, Sperrung Zugaenge, Arbeitsbescheinigung (§312 SGB III). Process engine: create a process from a template for an employee; tasks are generated with responsible role, statutory flag, due offset (relative to entry/exit date) and an order. Completion is tracked; a process is only 'done' when all mandatory tasks are complete. Due-date computation: each task's deadline is computed from the entry/exit date and the template offset (e.g. SV-Anmeldung must happen with the first payroll, exit access revocation on the last day). Overdue mandatory tasks are surfaced. Daily reminder cron: flags processes with overdue statutory tasks for the HR team. Reusable templates: HR can clone and adapt templates per company / Standort.
