Why Choose This Module
Branded receipt template (Bon-Vorlage) per company / per POS: logo, header, footer, legal imprint (Impressum), VAT-id and a configurable thank-you line. A receipt-delivery record for every send, linked to the POS order, capturing channel (e-mail / SMS), recipient, status (queued / sent / failed / bounced) and a full retry history - the audit trail the shop keeps. E-mail delivery through Odoo's own outgoing mail server (the customer's SMTP) with a rendered HTML receipt; SMS delivery through the customer's configured SMS gateway account. Channel rules: prefer e-mail when an address is known, fall back to SMS, respect a per-customer opt-out (Einwilligung / consent flag) for GDPR. Consent capture and a documented opt-out list so marketing-adjacent sends stay lawful under the DSGVO. A resend / bulk-send wizard for failed deliveries and an end-of-day summary of how many receipts went out by channel.
