Why Choose This Module
Probezeit (probation): track the agreed probation length (max 6 months, §622 Abs. 3 BGB), the resulting end date and the short 2-week probation notice deadline. Warn before the window closes so a probation decision is made in time. Befristung (fixed-term): model both routes the TzBfG allows — sachgrundlos (without material reason, §14 Abs. 2 TzBfG): max 24 months total, max 3 extensions inside that window, and the Vorbeschäftigungs-check (no prior employment with the same employer). mit Sachgrund (with material reason, §14 Abs. 1 TzBfG): the 10 statutory grounds seeded as a lookup, plus a chained-contract warning (Kettenbefristung). A renewal engine: every Verlängerung is logged and the remaining sachgrundlos budget is recomputed, blocking an illegal 4th extension or an over-24-month term. Deadline & alert engine: probation-decision, contract-end, renewal-window and notice deadlines are computed and surfaced through Odoo activities and a daily scan. A renewal wizard that validates the proposed new end date against the TzBfG limits before it lets you create the extension record.
