Why Choose This Module
Verpflegungsmehraufwand: 14 EUR for arrival/departure days and single days over 8 hours, 28 EUR for full 24h days (§9 Abs. 4a EStG). Meal reductions (Kürzung): breakfast -20 %, lunch -40 %, dinner -40 % of the full-day rate when meals are provided. Übernachtungspauschale (20 EUR) or actual hotel cost per night. Kilometre allowance: 0,30 EUR/km car, 0,20 EUR/km motorcycle; the increased 0,38 EUR Entfernungspauschale figure is held for reference. The 3-month rule: the per-diem lapses after three months at the same first place of work (§9 Abs. 4a S. 6 EStG). Automatic per-day generation from departure/return, a receipts table and a settlement total. A quick single-day calculator is included.
