Why Choose This Module
The slot engine computes free time-slots from the resource's working hours minus existing bookings, so double-booking is impossible. Customers' appointments move through draft -> confirmed -> done/cancelled, capacity per slot is enforced, and a scheduled job sends a German reminder a configurable number of hours before the appointment. A no-show flag and per-resource utilisation report round it out.
