This module centralises VWL administration: A register of each employee's Anlagevertrag (contract type per §2 5. VermBG: building society, equity fund, bank savings, residential-loan repayment) with provider, contract number, term and the agreed monthly contribution. Splits each monthly contribution into the employer share and the employee's own conversion share, and accumulates the annual VWL total per employee. Evaluates Arbeitnehmer-Sparzulage eligibility against the statutory income limits (§13 5. VermBG: 40.000 / 80.000 EUR taxable income; 20% subsidy on building-society contracts up to 470 EUR, 20% on equity funds up to 400 EUR) and computes the indicative Sparzulage — purely as guidance; the employee claims it in their own tax return. Tracks contract validity, the 6/7-year Sperrfrist (lock-in / Zulageschädlichkeit) and flags premature termination risks. Seeds the statutory limit table as versioned data so the figures stay current.
