Why Choose This Module
Define a maintenance contract with a billing interval (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, yearly) and a flat recurring fee. Plan scheduled service visits (Wartungstermine) over the contract term. Auto-generate DRAFT customer invoices for the recurring fee on each due date. Log materials and labour used on a visit and bill the extra amounts that are outside the flat fee. Track the next visit and next billing date per contract; a daily scheduler prepares due visits and draft invoices.
