Description
1. An interactive transport management dashboard that provides visibility into routes, vehicles, deliveries, costs, and performance metrics—all in one centralized view.
2. A comprehensive list of trip plans displaying detailed information such as route, vehicle, driver, schedule, distance, delivery status, and total trip cost in a single view.
3. A vehicle list display showing complete details including vehicle number, type, capacity, assigned driver, current status, availability, and the option to create and manage new vehicles.
4. Create vehicles and display the vehicle list for transporters who create and manage hired transport plans, with clear visibility of assigned and available vehicles.
5. From the deliveries view, users can assign multiple deliveries to a trip plan and manage them collectively under a single trip plan.
6. Select one or more deliveries and assign them under a specific trip plan for organized and efficient transport management.
7. Select deliveries, click the Assign Trip Plan action, and use the wizard to choose a trip plan and assign the selected deliveries under it.
8. Trip plan includes a detailed view showing complete information such as plan date, transport type, importers, and associated delivery lines for full visibility.
9. Users can select a trip plan to create bills using the same transporter, ensuring accurate and consistent billing.
10. Transport information is displayed on bills for clear reference to the associated trip and transporter.
11. A report wizard is available to filter data by date range, transport type, status, vehicle, transporter, and company for customized reporting.
12. Generate an Excel report to display detailed trip plan information for easy analysis and record-keeping.
13. A print view is also available for trip plans, allowing users to easily print and share detailed trip information.
