Business process handover document
Extends the deltatech_business_process module to generate a formal Handover Document (proces-verbal de predare-primire) in PDF format directly from a Business Project.
Key features:
- ✓Adds provider and recipient company details (name, representative, testers) to the Business Project form.
- ✓Automatically collects all developments linked to the project.
- ✓Adds a Handover Checked checkbox on each Business Area for sign-off tracking.
- ✓Generates a QWeb PDF report (A4 format) accessible via the Print menu on the Business Project.
- ✓Report is available in both English and Romanian.
Usage
Generating a Handover Document
- Open Business Processes and navigate to the relevant Business Project.
- On the project form, fill in the Provider Information group:
- Provider Company — name of the implementing company.
- Provider Representative — contact person on the provider side.
- Provider Testers — team members who performed testing.
- Fill in the Recipient Information group:
- Recipient Company — name of the client/receiving company.
- Recipient Representative — contact person on the recipient side.
- Recipient Testers — client-side testers.
- Ensure that all developments are linked to the project (they are collected automatically via the Developments computed field).
- Click Print ▸ Handover Document to generate the PDF report.
The generated PDF lists all project developments and includes signature blocks for both parties.
Marking Business Areas as Checked
On each Business Area form, tick the Handover Checked checkbox to indicate that the area has been reviewed and accepted during handover.
