Fast Sale
Vanzare rapida
Streamline your sales workflow by collapsing confirmation, delivery, and invoicing into a single button click directly on the sale order. Designed for businesses that need to process straightforward orders quickly — no separate picking validation or invoice wizard steps required.
Key features:
- Confirm, Deliver and Invoice— one-click button on draft/sent sale orders that confirms the order, validates the delivery (using order quantities), and opens the invoice wizard.
- Deliver and Invoice— same automated flow available on already-confirmed orders, allowing delivery and invoicing in one step.
- Deliver Notice— marks the delivery as a notice (
notice = True) without immediately invoicing, then navigates to the resulting picking for review or printing. - Invoice button on picking— adds a direct shortcut to the invoicing wizard from the delivery (stock picking) form, so warehouse staff can trigger invoicing from the picking view after delivery is done.
- ✓Stock availability is verified before delivery: if any product is not fully available, the action is blocked with a clear error message.
- ✓Invoice date is automatically set to today’s date.
Usage
Fast confirmation and invoicing from a sale order
- Go to Sales > Orders > Orders and open or create a sale order.
- Add the products and quantities you want to sell.
- Click Confirm, Deliver and Invoice (visible when the order is in
Draft or Sent state) to:
- confirm the sale order,
- automatically validate the delivery using the ordered quantities,
- open the standard invoice creation wizard.
- In the invoice wizard, select the invoicing option and click Create Invoice.
If the order is already confirmed (state Sale Order), use Deliver and Invoice to perform the delivery and open the invoice wizard in a single step.
Deliver Notice (deferred invoicing)
- Open a confirmed sale order.
- Click Deliver Notice to validate the delivery and mark it as a notice, without immediately creating an invoice.
- The module navigates to the resulting picking so you can review or print it.
Invoice from the picking
- Go to Inventory > Operations > Transfers and open a delivery that is in Done state and is linked to a sale order.
- Click Invoice in the picking form header to open the invoice creation wizard for the related sale order.
Note: All three flows verify stock availability before proceeding. If any product is not fully available in the warehouse, the action is blocked and an error message is displayed.
