Beauty Clinic Management Odoo App is a complete system for running a beauty, skin, or aesthetic clinic from one place. Visitors request appointments from your website, your receptionist confirms them with an automatic email, and each confirmed booking becomes a beauty case with the patient added to your records and given a portal login.

From the case, your practitioner records the skin diagnosis and starts treatment. An interactive facial zone chart lets the doctor click the affected areas of the face and generate the matching treatment lines in seconds. Prescriptions are added as needed, and once every treatment is marked done, an itemized invoice is raised in a single click.

Patients sign in to their own portal to book and follow their treatment history, while managers track cases, treatments, revenue, and clinic activity on a live dashboard backed by printable reports. Built for beauty clinics, medical spas, and dermatology practices, it keeps appointments, cases, records, and billing in one connected system.

Appointment Process - User Access Role : Receptionists

Public users can easily request appointments online, which are reviewed and confirmed by the clinic receptionist via an automated email notification. Once confirmed, the system instantly initializes a new beauty case, automatically registers the patient as a secure website portal user, and adds them into the clinic's permanent medical records.

Beauty case Generating & Handling - User Access Role : Beautician

Once an appointment is confirmed by the receptionist, a beauty case is automatically created for the patient. This case acts as a complete record of the patient’s visit and treatment. The assigned practitioner then accesses the case to review the patient's details, medical history, and symptoms. Based on this information, the practitioner conducts a clinical skin diagnosis. Following the diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan is initiated. As treatment progresses, the beautician or dermatologist can update the case with ongoing procedures, treatment stages, and prescriptions. All actions taken, such as medication prescribed, clinical notes, and progress updates, are stored in the beauty case for traceability. Once the treatment is fully completed, the case is marked as Done. The system then generates an invoice automatically, detailing the services rendered, medicines used, and applicable charges. This ensures a smooth and transparent billing process for both the clinic and the patient.
