Landed Cost Approval Odoo App adds a review-and-approve step to landed costs, so freight, duty, and handling charges cannot be posted to your stock valuation until an authorized person has signed off. It fits any business that wants a second pair of eyes on inventory costing before the numbers reach the books.

Instead of validating a landed cost in one move, a user submits it for approval with a Confirm action. The record then shows a clear status of Draft, Waiting Approval, or Approved, and every approver is alerted right away by email and an in-app to-do. An approver reviews the charges and validates the record in one click, or the user can reset it to draft to make changes and send it again.

Only the people you place in the approval group can validate, which gives your finance and inventory teams a simple internal control on landed costs with no extra paperwork.
