Membership Management System Odoo
Membership Management System in Odoo makes it easy to manage memberships and renewals. With
this app, you can define membership products and plans, create members, and manage their
memberships efficiently. The system allows you to set membership durations in days, months, or
years, and automatically loads the membership period when a product is selected.
Invoices can be generated for memberships, and memberships are only activated once payment is
received. The system tracks expiry dates, automatically expiring memberships when due, and
offers the ability to renew them easily. Separate menus are provided for active and expired
memberships. You can also send membership details to members via email, print them as PDF
reports, and configure notifications to remind members of upcoming expirations.
With role-based access for users and managers, the Membership Management System ensures smooth
handling of all membership-related tasks, keeping everything organized and up-to-date.
Features
- Manage membership inside the odoo.
- Create and manage members.
- Create Membership Product, you can decide the period of membership here it may be N number of Days, Months or Years.
- Create Membership for the member, select membership product there and duration of membership will be automatically loaded based on membership product.
- Create Invoice for the membership.
- You can activate membership only when invoice is paid.
- Membership will be automatically expire on its expiry date
- Once membership is expired you can Renew membership from there.
- Separate menus provided for Active and Expire membership.
- Send membership into the email to the Member.
- Print membership as PDF Report.
- Configure membership expiry before days so it will send notification email to the member before N number of days of expiry date of membership.
