Parking Portal / Website Booking

The Parking Portal Booking System lets users book parking slots online quickly. They select the vehicle type, date, time, floor, and rate, then click "Find Slot" to view available spaces. Booked and available slots are shown clearly. Users click "Parked Now" on a free slot, enter their vehicle's details and contact information, and confirm the booking. Once reserved, customers receive a confirmation page with all information and a QR code parking ticket, which may be seen, downloaded, or printed by the portal.

This odoo application adds Parking Management functionality into your system. Interactive dashboard is there so you can easily park or release vehicles. Manage multiple parking floors, zones and slots. Once vehicle is parked on specific slot then you can print parking receipt and also create payment for the parking.

Main Features:

  • Manage multiple Floors, Zone and Slots.
  • A Floor may have multiple zones and zone may have multiple parking slots.
  • You do not need to create slots manually, just create specify number of slots into zone and N number of slots will be created for particular zone on a single click.
  • Allow you to configure Vehicle Category and Vehicle Type so you can easily differentiate various kind of vehicles.
  • Set various Parking Rates according to the vehicle.
  • Set Parking Rates based on: Hourly : Pre-Defined amount will be charged every hour | Daily : Pre-Defined amount will be charged every day
  • Configure free parking time into Parking Rates. Example if you configure 15 minutes into free parking time and vehicle stayed into parking for only 10 minutes so no amount will be charged to the person when he/she left the parking area.
  • Role of Users: Parking > User Parking > Administrator
  • Configure Floors into User screen. So user can only access specified floors.

After selecting a floor, you can divide it into zones, such as Zone 1 for scooters or Zone 2 for bikes. You can also set the number of vehicles each zone can hold and who manages it.
